Cognition Coaching focuses on the development of skills and strategies related to how you perceive your experiences, yourself, and others. During cognition coaching sessions, we discuss behavior patterns, set goals, create an action plan, and review progress. *Virtual *Zoom

(5-8 Individuals)  *Zoom

​ Group coaching is one format to receive cognition coaching. The group typically has a common issue or challenge to work through that includes social skills, self-esteem, fear, sadness, or communication. Group sessions allow participants to put their struggles into perspective while creating a community that supports one another while working through improvements.
